Commercial exhibitors may register for the 2019 Garden Expo according to the booth rates listed below. Non-profit exhibitors may register for a $120 fee.

Standard booths include a 10-foot by 10-foot area with one 8-foot table, two chairs and a white fabric backdrop on metal piping. Exhibitors may purchase additional furnishings and services (e.g., air/water connections, audio visual equipment, electrical services) through the Alliant Energy Center by visiting alliantenergycenter.com/exhibitors.
Each exhibitor may request five exhibitor passes for each booth purchased. These passes are to be used by your staff working at the show. A maximum of 20 passes are available for exhibitors that have purchased a minimum of four booths. For exhibitors requiring more than the maximum number of exhibitor passes, up to 10 additional passes can be purchased for $7 each.
In addition, each exhibitor will receive two complimentary Garden Expo one-day tickets for guests. Tickets are mailed with the final show packet three weeks prior to Garden Expo.
Exhibitors also receive one complimentary three-day parking pass for each purchased booth. Additional three-day parking passes may be purchased for $20 each.

Exhibitors can advertise their business in Garden Expo’s event guide, which is inserted in the Sunday Wisconsin State Journal newspaper on February 3, 2019, with a circulation of 94,000 in 17 south-central Wisconsin counties, and distributed to all Garden Expo attendees.
