I strive for unusual and exotic plants in my garden. ‘Ballerina Purple Datura’ did not disappoint. It’s an elegant bloom, unfurling layers of silvery white petals backed in deep purple. The best part is that it germinated from seeds I spread from the previous fall’s plant. It scaled 5’ tall with flowers thru October.
Nothing beats the enjoyment of growing and eating vegetables from your own garden. It takes a lot of luck and patience.
