I love using every piece of space I can and grow from containers! Trial and error and patience! I have grown everything from peas to morning glories to potatoes!

Variegated Russian Comfrey was my go-to perennial in 2020. It’s foliage is eye-catching, it fills a space in your sunny garden and it competes well against those dog-gone weeds. Visitors often mistake it for a hosta – but, it’s better because deer leave it alone!
Adding new garden beds on a hillside can be challenging. This bed was created in May of 2020. I started with mostly perennial flowers, then added some ground cover and broken pots to help keep the dirt on the hillside. So far…so good. Happy Gardening.
